Processing principle
The MSZ30 IBM machine adopts a high-precision three-station rotary table design to ensure stable and efficient injection-blow molding for small-volume containers. After the preform is injected, it is smoothly transferred to the blowing station for bottle formation, and then rotated to the stripping station for final discharge. This continuous process guarantees a clean neck finish, uniform wall thickness, and accurate bottle dimensions.
Thanks to its precise mold design and optimized transfer mechanism, the MSZ30 produces bottles that meet the strict quality standards required in pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, and food packaging industries. The system is compatible with a wide range of materials—including PE, PP, PS, SAN, EVA, COC, PEL, TPU, PETG, PLA—and can manufacture containers from 1ml up to 1000ml.
