Processing principle

The MSZ135 IBM machine is a high-tonnage injection-blow system engineered for wide-mouth jars and large-volume HDPE/PP containers. Its reinforced three-station rotary table delivers powerful injection capability and exceptional mold stability, making it ideal for chemical packaging, food storage jars, pharmaceutical bottles, and industrial-grade containers.

During the molding cycle, the preform is precisely injected, transferred to the blowing station for container formation, and finally rotated to the stripping station for clean and efficient discharge. This process ensures excellent neck accuracy, uniform wall thickness, and consistent dimensional control, even with heavy-wall and large-capacity bottles.

The MSZ135 supports multiple materials including PE, PP, PETG, PS, COC, and more, providing strong, stable, and continuous operation for manufacturers requiring high-performance production of large and wide-mouth packaging.
