Processing principle
The MSZ70S IBM machine is engineered for medium-volume HDPE/PP bottle production and is widely used in cosmetic, household chemical, and pharmaceutical packaging applications. Its robust three-station rotary table enables stable and efficient injection-blow molding with excellent neck accuracy and uniform wall thickness.
During operation, the preform is precisely injected, transferred to the blowing station for container forming, and then rotated to the stripping station for clean discharge. This synchronized motion ensures consistent bottle quality across multi-cavity molds, making the MSZ70S ideal for continuous, high-output production lines.
Supporting materials such as PE, PP, PS, PETG, COC, and more, the MSZ70S provides a balanced combination of speed, stability, and production flexibility—making it a strong choice for manufacturers requiring reliable medium-size bottle production.
