Processing principle
The MSZ50S IBM machine is engineered for high-precision injection-blow molding of small and medium-sized HDPE/PP bottles. With a stable three-station rotary table design, the preform is accurately injected, transferred to the blowing station for bottle formation, and then moved to the stripping station for clean discharge. This ensures excellent neck finish, uniform wall thickness, and consistent bottle dimensions—ideal for cosmetic, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical packaging applications.
The MSZ50S supports a wide range of materials including PE, PP, PS, PETG, COC, and more, delivering reliable performance for high-speed, continuous production lines.
