Processing principle
The MSZ70AE all-electric IBM machine is designed for high-speed and clean injection-blow molding of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and personal care bottles. Its servo-driven system provides precise control over plasticizing, injection, blowing, and ejection—ensuring smoother operation, reduced energy consumption, and greater production stability compared to traditional hydraulic machines.
With a high-accuracy three-station rotary table, the preform is injected, transferred to the blowing station for bottle forming, and then moved to the stripping station for clean discharge. This streamlined process delivers excellent neck finish, uniform wall thickness, and highly consistent bottle dimensions.
Engineered for demanding environments such as medical and cosmetic packaging, the MSZ70AE offers superior repeatability, low noise, and cleanroom compatibility while supporting a wide range of materials including PE, PP, PS, PETG, COC, and more.
