Processing principle
The MSZ95 IBM machine is designed for producing large-volume HDPE/PP bottles with high stability, strong injection force, and precise blow molding performance. Its reinforced three-station rotary table ensures smooth movements during injection, blowing, and stripping, making it ideal for heavy-wall and high-capacity packaging applications.
During production, the preform is accurately injected, transferred to the blowing station for container forming, and then rotated to the stripping station for clean and efficient discharge. This cycle delivers consistent neck accuracy, uniform wall thickness, and excellent dimensional control—even with larger container sizes.
The MSZ95 is widely used in cosmetic lotion bottles, pharmaceutical containers, household chemical packaging, agrochemical bottles, and other medium-to-large volume applications. Supporting materials such as PE, PP, PETG, PS, and COC, it provides reliable continuous output for manufacturers requiring high-capacity, stable, and precise injection-blow molding performance.
