Processing principle
The MSZ30 Hybrid IBM machine combines servo-driven precision with hydraulic power to deliver an energy-efficient and stable injection-blow molding process for small HDPE/PP containers. The hybrid system ensures smooth plasticizing, fast response, and reduced energy consumption—making it ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and laboratory packaging applications.
Using a high-accuracy three-station rotary table, the preform is injected, transferred to the blowing station for container forming, and then rotated to the stripping station for clean discharge. This synchronized process guarantees excellent neck finish, uniform wall thickness, and highly consistent bottle dimensions.
Compatible with multiple materials such as PE, PP, PS, PETG, COC, and PLA, the MSZ30 Hybrid is engineered for high-performance small-bottle production with superior stability and low operating cost.
